Title: How to Record an Unboxing Video for Your Bluetyga Order

Solution / Instructions

To help us resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products, customers are required to record a continuous unboxing video.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Start recording before opening the package.
  2. Show the complete sealed package and clearly capture the shipping label.
  3. Show all sides of the package and capture any damage, cuts, openings, or tampering.
  4. Open the package while keeping the video recording continuously.
  5. Show the product and its packaging clearly.
  6. Verify the product, size, colour and quantity received.
  7. If there is any issue, clearly show the damage, missing item, or wrong product in the video.
  8. Do not pause, stop, or edit the video during the unboxing process.

⚠️ Important

The unboxing video is mandatory for registering complaints related to damaged, missing, or wrong products.

The video should clearly show the package condition and the product from the beginning of the unboxing until the issue is identified.
